Reschedule, cancellations, refund

Reschedule or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your service. This applies in both directions — for our valued clients and for us.

When a refund is provided, 15% fee is retained to cover card processing fee and admin time.

No-Show & Lateness Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, and a complete service or look cannot be guaranteed.

No-shows will result in your deposit being forfeited

We kindly encourage arriving on time to ensure you receive the full quality of your service.

Guest & Pet Policy

For a calm, focused session, pets and children are best cared for at home.

If the application does not meet your expectations, you may return within 3 days for either a complimentary correction or a full removal with a refund.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.
